FEES/HOURS
From 11 July 2011 our fees and bulk billing times change.
Bulk Billing hours will be from 9.00am to 1.00pm (instead of 2.00pm), Monday to Friday.
An additional fee applies between 8.00am to 9.00am and 1.00pm to 7.00pm
The additional fee varies from $19.00 - $70.45, depending on the length and complexity of your consultation.

Drs Caroline West and David Baker have gone to total private billing. Dr Robert McFarlane goes totally private on 1 September 2011. This is due in part to teaching and research commitments.
All Saturday appointments incur the additional fee.
The practice also holds a daily six minute clinic where existing patients can see the doctor on duty for a six minute consultation. The six minute clinic is ideal for patients who need a script, want a basic referral, want to get results, need a certificate or have a short uncomplicated problem. The consultation will last for 6 minutes only and is bulk billed.
Some tests and procedures (such as travel vaccinations and 24 hour blood pressure monitoring) require payment. Your doctor will inform you if fees are to be paid. Some specialist consultations including psychologist appointments also require payment. Please speak to reception regarding specialist fees.
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make it to an appointment.
The practice has a cancellation fee policy for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. The cancellation fee is $20.00, except for Dr Caroline West, whose cancellation fee is 50% of the consultation fee.
Psychologist appointments have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please speak to reception for more information.
