DR LINDA DAYAN

Dr Linda Dayan is a Sexual Health Physician and General Practitioner who has an interest in cosmetic medicine.

Linda graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1984 and completed a Masters of Medicine in Sexual Health in 1992 and gained Fellowship to the College of Sexual Health Physicians in 1996.

 

She has been providing HIV care for over 34 years, and has worked in both public and private sexual health clinics. Linda has worked in Wellington, New Zealand and worked in London in 1995 during the peak of the HIV epidemic in a busy HIV hospital. She returned to Sydney to take up a position as Head of the Sexual Health Department at Royal North Shore Hospital, and the Northern Area Health Service in 1996.

 
During her decade on the North Shore of Sydney, she wrote numerous articles for GP’s on Sexual Health/HIV and had a monthly column in a medical magazine. In 2008 she commenced a small cosmetic practice in addition to continuing to work in private medical practice. She provides Sculptra to HIV positive clients.

In her spare time Linda paints in oils and watercolours, and has attended numerous art courses at National Art School, just across the road from ESD.
